    That peanut butter thing is CRACK. Ate about three times more of it than I planned to. My wife loved it as well. Thank youuuuu🙏🏼

    Btw - I made the hummus last night. Recipe was excellent and it came out great, although my local shop only had dry garbanzos so I had to boil them, and I think my ratios were a bit off. Overall, delicious, and I must thank you!! Never made hummus before.

    Hey! I just wanted to thank you for posting that dessert recipe the other day. I made it with dates + date syrup instead of the maple syrup and it was fantastic. My husband has the wonderful idea of crushing it up and adding it to homemade ice cream (vegan, ofc) and it was 🔥🔥🔥

    I’ve know Dallas for a few months and it’s always been so refreshing talking to him.

    He’s down to earth and won’t BS you. He’s been through life and came out better on the other side.

    If more people were like him, the world would be a much more meaningful and happier place.

    Dallas has been incredibly helpful when it came to dealing with anxiety and forming habits. I started applying some of the habits he had suggested and have since become more productive, less anxious and happier overall. I also enjoy talking to him, and I don't feel judged whatsoever. Such a pleasant guy.

    I didn't expect the value you could give with a simple call, which was a lot. You proved to be a guy always ready to help, extremely present and with an unshakable attitude and charisma. It would do anyone good to have a person like Dallas in their circle.

My Story

My Story

We’re at war with our minds and bodies. We’ve traded our health (mental & physical) for constant convenience. Scrolling, comfort food, and sedation are slowly robbing you from being the best version of yourself.

I’m Dallas, and it’s my mission to help you switch from surviving to thriving through simple, actionable nutrition plans and mental models.

I grew up eating the Standard American Diet. I punished my mind and body with substances and junk food for nearly 20 years. I spent my 30’s sick (appendectomy, gall bladder removal, constant stomach pain). I’ve traveled the world, had lofty titles (with high salaries), but never truly had my health.

The end of 2022 I got curious and started asking myself some hard questions. I made a bold decision to quit my high paying 9-5, move my family from the US to Denmark, and go all in on self-improvement. I spent 18 years optimizing business results for Fortune 500 companies; it was time to use those skills on the most important optimization project of my life: ME.

've lost 40 pounds, overcame lack of purpose, and self-doubt while also getting rid of chronic headaches, brain fog, and low energy levels. Now I'm ready to help you achieve the same.
