I’m Dallas, and it’s my mission to help you switch from surviving to thriving through simple, actionable nutrition plans and mental models.
I grew up eating the Standard American Diet. I punished my mind and body with substances and junk food for nearly 20 years. I spent my 30’s sick (appendectomy, gall bladder removal, constant stomach pain). I’ve traveled the world, had lofty titles (with high salaries), but never truly had my health.
The end of 2022 I got curious and started asking myself some hard questions. I made a bold decision to quit my high paying 9-5, move my family from the US to Denmark, and go all in on self-improvement. I spent 18 years optimizing business results for Fortune 500 companies; it was time to use those skills on the most important optimization project of my life: ME.
